alright, euroaion cares absolutely nothing when it comes to their players it seems like.

never, i dont even save anything like passwords or anything because i have history with my accounts being broken into regardless of having immense passwords. i also think that me posting to recover my account back from a break, and me writing my username on the forum compromised the security of it, so whatever you guys say i m willing to do even if it means my stuff being lost forever.

i m a player that plays occasionally every now and then whenever i have time, so recently i had my account broken into and all my armor dismantled. all the enchant stones were send to the hacker probably and all i have is my necklace and stuff that they couldnt dismantle or send. just before i uninstall the game i want to remove that person from the community. thank you in advance

Hello. i have been away from aion for several months or even a year at this point and i decided to go back to it in these last few days. whenever i installed the current launcher the way it was supposed to but whenever i try the auto login way of getting inside my account, it says this account has been blocked or banned. i tried contacting support, i took a look at the recent posts on forum about players getting banned and found no username and no character name of my own, so now i am creating this topic after several days of my attempted return, and my urge to play aion slowly fading, in hopes of at least getting my account back.
