5 bugged quests

Hello, I've found an npc that is bugged, almost no dialogue and it doesn't give any quests that it supposed to give and there is 5 quests in total. Reporting it so you can fix it. I solved this bug killing the npc with my elyos character.. NPC works now. This topic can be closed.
