Question for connoisseurs. What composition of the group should be for guaranteed passage of hard. Croutons, and what is the optimal gear should the group have?

good gear tank (AT / TEMP / GLAD),chanter, cleric, sorc, bard (for mana restoration) gunner or ranger

at least sauro mythical gear with good manastone sockets for dps, full HP set (kahrun / kata) for cleric with full heal stigmas and know-how to stay away from boss fear and use ripple of purification fast to dispel the whole group.
