Cannot access my account

Hello,

 

Somehow I can't access my account. I am either getting instant error "Cannot connect to the server" or after successful login when I accept the terms. The servers are online, Did I got my account suspended or something ?

I am not sure what kind of my account info I should provide here so I'll just wait for response.

After countless tries for over 2 hours I am finally able to login.
