Add Drop to Marchutan and Kaisinel from Katalam like  you did with Moltenus and let ppl build alliances to attack the opposite fortress in Katalam to kill the enemy boss and get rewards.

He already drops 5 medals and 5 Major Danuar Relics, isn't that enough?)))
I think these fortresses are very heavily defended, and even a full alliance would have a very hard time killing the boss in a tight room.
