Make the game look beautiful

Hello,

I am a new player and was wondering if it is possible to make the game look better.
I maxed out every setting, however some of them are greyed out and I don't know why.
I also just installed RainMeter to uncap the FPS, maybe there are some settings that I can change in RainMeter to make the game look better ?

This game is from 2010. What kind of image would you like to see in it?
I don't know how a desktop program can help you improve the image either.
You can find out how to increase the FPS limit on Google or by searching the forums.

Hey, yeah I know it's from 2010 I was just curious if I can change for example Water Effects/Shadows/High Quality Background/High Quality Lightning Effects. Because all these features are grayed out when I access the settings.

Also It's not about the FPS, I have a decent system, just wanted to make the game run on max video settings if possible.
