Banned Without Evidence – This Could Happen to You Too

Hello,

I have been actively playing on this server for years, and despite not committing any violations, I found that all of my accounts have been punished with an IP ban.

When I contacted support regarding this issue, I was told that the logs had been reviewed and that I was detected using cheats. However, when I asked for more details, the support team stated that they had “seen” me using cheats in-game and only provided a verbal date. Despite this, no screenshot (SS) or any video evidence was presented to me.

On the day I was banned, what I did was very simple: I leveled up in BT with my alt account and then returned to the garrison. Other than that, I did not perform any suspicious actions.

I would like to clearly state that I have never used any cheats or third-party software. Having years of effort erased with a single decision, especially without any concrete evidence, is not acceptable.

If such a severe punishment is applied, I believe it must be supported with solid evidence. Otherwise, this situation creates serious distrust not only for me but for all players. What happened to me today could happen to another player tomorrow.

How is it fair that the support team can punish any account they want with a “we saw you, but we cannot provide evidence” approach?
