Not working aiDPSmeter/ cant download

I'm having trouble downloading aiDPSmeter. Their website (http://aioninfo.com/dpsmeter.html#) lists aiDPSmeter for download, but when I click on it, it loads the page (https://mega.nz/file/i51mwYgL#05SXiCI345Z-27VjBHyG0MfTQoT7sPcApM1l2LP_w48) and says the selected file doesn't exist.

Where can I download aiDPSmeter? Do you recommend other programs for measuring DPS?
