[Euroaion] Boost EXP Pack (3 days)

I bought the [Euroaion] Boost EXP Pack (3 days). The 100% extra from monsters and quests work but its recovery speed is zero. Even after I had been logged out FOR 12 HOURS my Energy of Repose was 0%. I dont like buying Tea of Repose all the time and now I have only 1 day and 10 hours left. 
What is wrong?
