No video on Project Drakanhammer quest

There is no video playing on quest lvl. 48 Project Drakanhammer when you pick up Assistant’s Research Diary in Theobomos Lab.

Also, there is no cutscene plaiyng when you use a Taloc Fruit in Inggison mission "Friends for Life" lvl 52.

my client was updated, i saw this bug playing many free servers, it is common problem. can you test this?

I checked, everything works. Make sure you have files with the .bik extension in each folder.

i have these files, its not a video, its ingame cutscene. Like in this video 0:15

Then delete the system.cfg file in the game's root folder and do not edit it in any way.
