Idian depths coop between races

I recently found out it is pretty common for player 'Rename' on asmodian side and i believe also for others to be not really fair while hunting. When You hunt the monsters in the area of Idium Reactor Complex and when You arrive there they log on character on elyos side (or ask friend whatever) and kill You to continue killing monsters undisturbed.

Just wanted to know if this kind of behaviour and cooperation between asmo/ely is allowed
