Account suspended

Hello,
I am receiving the following error when I try to log in:
"Your account has been disabled. For security reasons, your account has been temporarily suspended. If you would like to reopen your account, please visit our AION website. Thank you."

I visited the AION website and logged in successfully, but I still get the same error when trying to log in to the game. I haven't logged in for a while, and this issue started happening when I returned.

Could you please help me reopen my account?
