Kromede's Trial Entry quest not available again

It's the same problem that was solved a while ago in this thread, Can you help me? I play on the EuroAion (AntiDos) server, My character name is PunkyHontas,I can't enter the chromode process

This now in the game does not let me access the quest or instance

Such a bug happens. It will be fixed during technical maintenance.

Also, please make sure that you completed all of the quest lines required for the entrance.

Is it that I appear in the middle of the initial mission? There's a search for a false stigma campaign, but that appearance should make me blue.

When is the day it restarts, maitenace to provide support?
