Making Divinie Fortress relevant?

Hey!

A suggestion to think about: Making the Divine sieges relevant again.

The defending mobs could be made a lot stronger, including the dux as well, with a siege reward which is better than the upper forts, because divine fortress can be sieged one time a week. It would do good to player activity and the PVP on the server.

This could be done in terms of an event too, just an idea.
