PVP:

S-Tier / overpowered: Sorc, SM, Gunner, AT
A-Tier / very strong: Assassine, Templar
B-Tier / average: Gladiator, Ranger, Cleric, 
C-Tier / not very strong: Bard,  Chanter

Cleric and Chanter might be higher, not sure.
