Please help with e-coin return

Hi, I bought mount called Blanco for wrong character called Firgar. I wanted to buy it for the character called Fhimy. I sent you an e-mail and I got e-mail back that I need to throw the item away and do a proper screenshot for you. I made it and I sent the e-mail back to you but it's not possible because support@euroaion.com has full inbox and can't receive any more emails.
