Mount Exchange NPC [suggestion]

maybe it would be nice to have the ability to exchange your mount for another mount, it would allow players to enjoy the variety of available mounts etc instead of stuck with 1 mount forever
maybe its possible to do with just 1 npc 
or 2 npc like:
1st NPC: exchanges your mount to a undeletable/unsellable ticket in special cube (undeletable/unsellable to avoid problems with accidental deletes etc)
2nd NPC: exchanges the ticket to a new mount of your choosing

especially the 1200 eCoin ones 

plz do it
