Problem with Craft

Hello I have a problem with placing an exspert on alchemy. I did all the quests to complete it and I received the prize and the moment I wanted to knock him higher canceled all my progress to the beginning. It is quite a tedious process and if I could ask for help.  On FB I described the problem and provided account details.
