Problems with new Laptop (win10)

Hey guys

 

I need your help. I bought an new Laptop yesterday 8aver Nitro 5) which is running on win 10. I installed Euro Aion and needed co change the compatible mode in win 7 to make it run, works super.....My character-screen was shown and i wanted to choose my character, but i could not. The touchpad is not working in the game. The cursor is shown and it moves, but nothing happens when i "klick". How can i solve it? An USB mouse is working, but i play since YEARS with a Touchpad, so i ant to solve this problem.
