List of bug, improvement for a better quality of life

Hello,

I wanted to start a list of small bugs on this server so that the admin are aware about how they could improve their server :

- First as an assassin it is very frustrating not being able to use the candy ( 3% speed and attack speed ) and the slayer form at the same time, i know that other private serv ( !aion for instance) fixed it, that would be fantastic if you could too.

- Recharger : some of the skill are not refreshed such as : break away for assassin ( do not hesitate to mention skills that are not refreshed for the other class ) 

Feel free to complete this list, and admin do not hesitate to tell us which improvement is possible or not
