Alchemie Exame bugged

Hello Can i ask why i can't do Alchemie exams, it is 499 but Diana Don't give me the Quest for the exams.

My cooking is 525 i did exams for it but my Alchemie stays bugged, Please Help me!!

You can only have 1 master craft per character. You can't make another 500
