Roselie possibly botting?

I'd like to report suspicious bot-like behavior exhibited by "Roselie". 

Please take recorded footage into consideration. I spaced the initial two recordings about four minutes apart, player was still in same spot after all surrounding nodes had been tapped. As soon as an aether node became available Roeslie went back to tapping. Also no response on node steal.
