Plastic surgery (change character's face/body) ?

Hey, I just wanted to know if there is the possibility to change the face / hair / body of our characters after creating them?

If yes, how can we do that?

You can buy it from shop from coupons section. Then you give it to a specific npc in your capital city. It's called plastic surgery ticket.
