Suggestion: NPC that sells older content sets

Wouldn't it be nice to have a NPC that sells all those really nice lv55/60 unique looking weapons/sets that nobody really goes for anymore? I am thinking of weapons such as Tatar, Padmarashka, Stormwing, Debilkarim... they all have unique amazing skins that are just sitting there in complete oblivion. The gear itself isn't relevant anymore so why not make them available, either for kinah or some of the many currencies that aren't farmed anymore? I remember back in retail many people loved those skins but they just weren't accessible. What do y'all think?

I disagree, what makes these skins so attractive is that they are difficult to get, if everyone has access to them they would lose their value.

All of those raid bosses are still farmed in the game, and people are getting them, if they really want.
