how many clients ppl can run

Most of the ppl here run 2 clients they say it is allowed  /  some even 6 or full ally 

what admin will say about multiboxers is it cheating ? it can ruin the game and i like the server but TOP is fake in this server we all can see it

i have 2 accs for now i tried bard and cleric bard is heal mana all the time to cler some boss hit hard i need to lvl up tank and 1 dps 

the guy who told me about it is general this dude explain all in details in his proflie all works fine here
