Am stuck in Eltnen

So I just went by my day casually flying down the fortress of Eltnen just to find myself facing a wall that attempted to stop my path. 
Little did I know that my flying maneuvers ended up glitching me into the ground constantly falling and resetting.

 

Ok can someone port me back on the floor or sumthin

You can always use /retreat or /escape command in order to return to your bind point
