Worth coming back?

As a casual player (rank1 abyss gear for pvp, Hyperion for pve) is it a good idea to come back or are the current ~1k players just an army of 5star officers with +10 plumes and +5 accessories that will make it hell for me to even do my weeklies?

Is the server still casual friendly?
