Protection launch error

I cannot start my game, error says:

Protection launch error (3[998, 0x000003E6]): Invalid access to memory location.

I've turned off antivirus to launch, I dont get any windows screens to allow certain files to load. I've downloaded new launcher and problem appears anyway. If it's ssd space problem I have free space twice as euroaion needs,

Idk what to do, please help
