    Update: For some reason after ~1h of play tried again and it fixed itself. Weird thing. So solution: play on random character till lvl5 then go to character creator and make new one.

    Update: Ingame is 100% fine. But even when i change settings to max/min and go to characters > new, character creator is broken. Newest nvidia drivers. Card: GeForce GTX 970 Windows 7 64-bit
