Hello Euroaion Team,
I recently received a message stating that my Aion account has been suspended for exploiting in-game bugs. I would like to respectfully appeal this decision, as I strongly believe this may be a misunderstanding.
I am not the kind of player who disrupts the game balance or takes advantage of any bugs. I have never intentionally used any in-game exploit to gain unfair progress. My account is a normal BM-set character, and I have always played fairly through regular gameplay.
It’s also possible that this situation might be related to me logging in from two different devices — one at home and another at my workplace — but I assure you both are personal computers used only by me. If this triggered any automated detection, please kindly review the logs.
I would deeply appreciate it if you could recheck my account activity and reconsider the suspension. I truly enjoy Euroaion and would never risk my account or the integrity of the game.
