About the dance emotes - I know that they could be loud, but they are working properly, as should. But I will ask administration if we can do something. (I don't promise anything, Retail client is really hard to change. Like REALLY.)

Energy of repose recovery speed and its total volume are doubled.", Boost exp pack isn't working without the energy of repose. The easiest way to restore it is to use tea, or you can come to the bard-npc's or Oriel/Person, and sit nearby. Or just log out inside of your character's house/apartment and wait.
