MY MOUNT HAS DISSAPEARED (DIREWOLF SHAGGYDOG)

Hello, i hope this can be read by any Staff member, the things goes like this :  i left the game for 2 days because of work, i logged of from my mansion ingame, i was on my mount (as always, i logg off mounted). Almost 2 days after when i log in again, i didnt notice my mount was missing because i went to pandaemoium directly from mansion (with scroll ofc) when i get to pain i try to to use my mount from the skill bar and there is when i noticed is missing, i search in my inventory and its gone.. i look in my werehouse too and isnt there also. 
Please i need help with this, i've bought this mount with kinah ingame because i cant donate in real life because of my country..
