We have to convey to you some important informaion.

1. All scheduled restarts will not reset dungeons from today. For this reason, the usual for many players restart time on Wednesday morning will be changed.
   Most likely restarts will be performed twice a week (problems appear if there are no restarts for some time).
   Most likely it will be Tuesday and Friday, at the usual time: 8AM (Server time).

2. After the server was restored, we've got a lot of complaints about higher ping. The problem really exists and is under the works. Now we've got more detailed information. Connection problems are at the intermediated node between our server and clients. The data center support is working on this issue. They promise to solve problems within 1-3 weeks.
   We don't see any point in changing the server location. The current data center completely satisfies us and it is almost impossible to find something better + moving will entail a number of problems for both us and you.
   Please be patient, everything will stabilize soon.
    
3. Donation problems continue to haunt us. Recently, we have added a new payment system - "Interkassa" (in order to use it, you need to select the payment system "Digiseller", then select" Interkassa " in the payment methods and follow the instructions), but some users still have problems.
   
   It is not possible to pay via Interkassa with cards issued in the UK. There was also a problem with the French cards, but now support has reported that they have fixed it.
   
   The second problem is 3ds authentication. It must be obligatory enabled. Without this, payments will be impossible. You can enable it in your online banking or by contacting your bank.
   
   Payment with cards issued in the Russian Federation is not possible through this payment system! The reason for this is changes in the country's legislation (the situation is similar with YooMoney and Qiwi systems - we can't connect them), which has added a number of problems to payment systems.
   Cards of the Russian Federation available in "ENOT" system, therefore we recommend using it.
   
   In the next 1-2 weeks, Digiseller system promises to return payment cards (which were disabled due to the changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation).

Do you think that's fair to new players who just joined this server? Previously we had multiple restarts a week and were able to gear much much faster. Now those new players will have it a lot harder catching up gearing in kata/runa/rst gear, or even grinding AP from UAS compared to older players.

Do you think it's fair to abuse the system from before and go Eternal Bastion in the morning after maintenance, if it ends before 9 AM and also the constant Infinity Shard resets which GP addicts abuse? This fix was needed for a long time and it's good it comes shortly after the GP rankings reset.

The restarts have never been made to reset the dungeons. They are directed to keeping the things working stable and adding new features.
Resets are their side effect and we don't need it, as we have to make them more than once a week.

German Cards also don't work, at least mine doesn't. Mastercard 3d Secure active etc. Please just get us some kind of useable way to give you money, this is getting ridiculous, I don't intend to put assets into crpyto just to buy ecoins here...

We have replied this question above. If you can't use your card, please, try other methods. You can  still use ADVcash in the other system.
Digiseller are already working on restoring their original system.
