How do I get Ecoins?

Hey!

I'm new to this server and I just wanted to ask if there's any other way to get Ecoins despite donating, since I just voted and still got zero coins in the shop. (Just asking because that's how it worked at the server I was playing on before.)

Hey, I would like to purchase Money for ECoins, but I live in Germany my Creditcard is not supported and you don't offer Paypal anymore. Is there any other way ?
