Mistake in SHOP

Hello dear Support,

I want to ask you a favor because I tried to send a gift by shop to a friend and I accidently typed the wrong name because it was a complecate name.

It was to a name character like " Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" and I typed one more "x" and then the gift was sent to no one player but it was valided by the shop and I lost 100 ecoins.

Can you please give me the 100 ecoins back ? I know it is my mistake but I want to ask you this favor .
