I tried to use my visa CC for 1000 ecoin and got this error: An error occurred. Please try again or contact support team

any idea? The same card has been used successfully in past.

Maybe u lack of money? Or maybe u need to remove restrict for amount of money u can spent online, there were an issue back in the days.

1) country you live in
2) country issued the card
3) date and time of the donation effort
4) 4 last numbers of the card
5) method you chose (method1/method2)
6) email used
7) account name

yes i just tried again and it persisted with same error. Whats puzzling is that this happened even after i keyed in the OTP issued by my bank.
