You need to use launcher. The game starts from it.

Windows Deffender turned off, i don't have any antivirus, where is problem ?

I can guess luncher file may be corrupted, try to download it again, as well to add it at C:/ or your local disk

I downloaded the entire aion from the official website and it did not help..

There are many other programs running at the same time. Try to disable them, ecpecially overwolf.

Usually such problem happens when the necessary software is not installed. 
Here you can find all the necessary programs to start the game (you need these even if you have newer versions):
