i have the same problem like this  link

i tried to do what they say but no thing change

the game stop at NCSoft screen after click play

i tried everything (delete and reinstall - check the game with Launcher - install DirectX, NetFrameWork, C++ - delete L10 and bin32 + bin64)

no thing change

can any one who the game work with him pack all these files below in one zip file and put a link here ? this is the last solution

have you installed the game from our website? Or use some other game client? 

The files in the second part are system files and for getting them you must do the system recovery. 

Also can see NVIDIA folder, which should depend on your videocard.

Some of the files are directx files, so probably you have it installed incorrectly. Pay attention, that the installation consists of 2 stages: unpacking and installation inself.

Are you sure that you unpacked AND installes directx? 

4.6 is old version and requires older versions of software.
